Awesome.

I am very impressed by your choice of female heroines... Jane Eyre is ONE AMAZING story and Jane is what a woman should be, smart, strong, caring, determined, and has a mind of her own.

Hope all is well in Frostland.... drop by my blog to say hi, when you get a chance ... I'd love to see you. If you want a good laugh, my present What if twisted fairytale is up... If I was going with classics, I'd say Elinor from Sense and Sensibility. For more recent, I might pick someone awesome and often overlooked, like Professor McGonagall.

Allison (Geek Banter)Allisonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02586970076965983267noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8634771043461491623.post-32252962102277758452012-07-25T04:15:34.359-07:002012-07-25T04:15:34.359-07:00Congrats on winning Hookers and Hangers.

When I was a kid, it was probably Alanna from Pierce's Lioness series.

Now, it would be a toss up between Elizabeth Bennet from Pride and Prejudice and Dagny Taggert from Atlas Shrugged.Stephaniehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09247707812061900770noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8634771043461491623.post-75193836172405652332012-07-24T14:05:08.888-07:002012-07-24T14:05:08.888-07:00Okay. Most other English literature books from that age cannot beat even the weakest of Russian, French or German books, and I say that as a professor of English literature :)DEZMONDhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14127166104359407763noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8634771043461491623.post-51510582911646920282012-07-24T10:51:32.242-07:002012-07-24T10:51:32.242-07:00Everyone picks on Bieber. I guess if I have to choose from another book, my favorite growing up would be Eilowyn (probably not spelling it right) from the Prydain Chronicles by Lloyd Alexander.
